Mrs. Chiquita Robertson serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Baylor, Burton & Robertson Consulting & Management, LLC, a firm specializing in both corporate and small business training, consulting, executive coaching, and advisory services. With two decades of professional experience, Mrs. Robertson has established herself as a results-oriented, strategic leader.
Her expertise includes accounting, financial analysis, strategic planning, leadership development, business consulting, project management, corporate training, diversity and inclusion training, organizational restructuring, contract negotiations, and process improvement.
Mrs. Robertson graduated magna cum laude from Southeastern Louisiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Her deep understanding of accounting principles and business acumen has helped organizations increase profitability, enhance customer experience, establish robust strategies, and ensure continuity and sustainability.
Currently, Mrs. Robertson focuses on transforming the health and wellness industry by connecting individuals, families, employers and small businesses with affordable healthcare options, promoting proactive approaches to physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Mrs. Robertson volunteers as Chief Financial Officer and board member of a local non-profit foundation. She is also actively involved in her local church with her family.
